Why try the AI muscle effect

  • A full glow-up in one clip

The video shows the change as it happens: a flex, then the muscles grow and the sleeves pull tight. You don’t write a prompt or edit anything.

  • Made for social posts

You get a 5-second 720p MP4 that keeps the shape of your photo. Use a vertical photo for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

  • Free credits to start

New accounts get free credits. If a video fails or takes too long, the credits are refunded automatically.

Choosing a photo for the muscle effect

The effect grows the arms, shoulders and chest, so those need to be in the picture. Pick a sharp, well-lit photo of one person from the waist up, facing the camera, with both arms visible and not hidden behind a bag, a pet or another person. T-shirts and fitted tops show the change best.

Close-up selfies that only show the face leave the AI too little to work with, and group photos can make the wrong person flex. Heavy winter coats work, but the growth is harder to see. Mirror selfies are fine as long as the phone doesn’t cover your arm.

What the video looks like

The person in your photo raises both arms, flexes and grins while their arms, shoulders and chest quickly swell into a huge bodybuilder physique. Their clothes stay on and stretch tight, and the face and background stay close to your photo. The video is 720p, about five seconds long, has no sound and is made with our Fast quality level.

Results vary from photo to photo and from try to try. The face can drift slightly as the body changes, and hands sometimes look odd. If a video doesn’t look right, try again or use a clearer photo. Videos made with free credits carry a small AI watermark in the corner; videos made with paid credits have none.
