What to write to us about
Use support@vivclip.com for everything, including:
- help with the free tools, your account, credits or a video;
- privacy requests, such as a copy of your data;
- refunds and billing questions (include the email address you used at checkout);
- copyright notices (use the subject “Copyright notice”; see our Copyright and DMCA page);
- reporting content that breaks our Acceptable use policy.
Help us help you faster
If your message is about your account, write from the email address you sign in with. For a problem with a video, tell us roughly when you made it and what went wrong. Never send us your password or card details.
Plans and invoices
To cancel a plan or get your invoices, open your account and choose “Manage plan and invoices”. Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record.
